F. Michael Valocchi

His experience leading large-scale transformation programs and management consulting practices at IBM, PwC, Cognizant, and Toptal gives him a unique, in-depth perspective on the most complex issues facing companies today. That vantage point — spanning multiple firms, industries, and inflection points — is the foundation of the "mosaic" philosophy at the heart of his first book: the idea that leaders, like artists assembling a mosaic, gather experiences to build a profile and strategy no one can replicate.

Michael holds a BS in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and completed advanced management programs at Wharton, Harvard, Columbia, and Emory universities.
